Licence check
All learner drivers or any other driver must hold a valid Learner driver licence or any other licence and have it physically present and ready to show the instructor at the time of the lesson. The instructor is obliged to terminate the lesson if a valid licence is not shown. A full fee will be collected for that lesson.

Traffic fines and infringements

All drivers must be alert and fit to drive as well as not put any other person in danger whilst driving. As much as instructors are careful and at their very best try to avoid any possible collisions or fines, incidents do occur from time to time. NSW road rules clearly state that all drivers must know the road rules hence if a fine does occur, it is the responsibility of the driver to pay for the fine and lose the points.

Cancellations by the student driver

 Be mindful that all cancellations made within the 24 hour booking period will be charged at the full rate. Please respect that this is a work place and that it takes time to manage bookings.
Instructor will do their very best to show up punctually to all lessons. In some cases, if the instructor is not able to attend the scheduled lesson, the lesson will be cancelled and a new time will be scheduled.

Payments
Payments can be made by eftpos, cash or bank transfer.

Driving lessons
Rudeness, arrogance, raised voices and sarcasm will not be tolerated. You will be asked to leave the lesson and find a new instructor.  Please always show respect.  Mobile phones are to be turned off and not used during the lesson.
